Greenridge Realty Shoot One

What a great group of people I had the opportunity to work with at Greenridge Realty! Fun, friendly, and just very happy people! I probably should have wrote down all of your names so I could have labeled your sessions that way but since I did not and there are quite a few of you, I will label each session as simply 1, 2, 3, etc. The image number for ordering is directly above the image. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about your shoot! I think we captured some really genuine smiles that can be sometimes difficult to do in such a situation. I would buy a house from any of you! Thank you again Mike for setting our shoot up! I greatly appreciate it!

Nicole Senior Pictures

bitter cold, eye watering doesn't even begin to describe it....Nicole was amazing in her thin jean jacket following me all around town, even getting caught in sleety, slushy snow-rain until we ducked into the museum to get warm...and dry...and we even found a few interesting new locations because of it....here are just a few from our Saturday morning freeze fest...and Nicole, this might be your sneak peek if you see it before your proof CD arrives....and it will in the next few days...

of course I will start with my favorite...

oh, and did I mention how much I love Imagination Station? seriously.

love the look in this one...

and the bleachers have it....

an undiscovered location...aka, it was a blustery mess outside and we had to go somewhere....

I love this...

Nicole, thank you so much for being such a trooper and braving the cold front....and I think this will be my last outdoor senior session of the year.....have you seen the snow outside today?! though a winter shoot would be awfully fun.....

it's official...

winter is on its way. after bitter cold wind, sleet, and snow forced two shoots to be postponed this weekend, and my two year old son telling me as if it was ridiculous that I had not figured it out on my own, "my fingers are cold," I KNOW it is true.

I AM grateful for the freakishly warm days we had this past week and I took advantage of them with my own children and the overwhelming piles of leaves that seem to spread over a larger surface area with every breeze this way cometh. I also squeezed in some beautiful shots of my very pregnant-with-twins good friend (who still manages to look refreshingly beautiful, making carrying around twice the babes look easy), more on that in a later post. Though winter is definitely on its way, I am hoping for a few more outdoor sessions in the next couple of weeks (next weekend can only can better for our rescheduled shoots, right?!). My new flash and diffuser came just in the nic of time....indoor sessions, I am breaking on through to the other side.....for now, brief moments of warmth will have to do through the images captured of my children...

my son is a little bit blonde...just a little.

definition of sass, in case you were wondering...

hand built fires, hot chocolate, and fuzzy socks, your time has come.
