how to NOT keep a blog....

that's right. I said it. it may appear as though not much has been going on but it really, truly has. a little too really. the end of the school year is always madness and when you add chocolate syrup, sprinkles, and maybe even some gummy bears on top of it all, well you end up with this huge banana split and you are just not sure where you are going one day to the next. this is what has become of me, likening my life to food since consuming it has become almost a part-time job to me lately. and I'm not complaining about that.

I am looking forward to the summer (yes it is offical, the mosquito brigade says so) and the many upcoming new friends I am so priviledged to be shooting(including the tiniest little baby I get to capture every wrinkle of! yes little rock star, eddie, I am talking about you!) as well as old friends that I plan on stalking with my lens because lets face it, I think they might just love it, or rather have just learned to accept me for the papparazzi...(they even have a nickname for me...)

summer, sweet summer.

it is very possible three of these species could be living in my home...very soon. life could get real interesting...

yes we are always this loving.

husband: why are you going to put mL photography on these when I am the one that took them?

me: oh dearest, you are my husband and, therefore, you are always under my copyright.

and when I do happen to allow him the use of my beast of a camera (as well as myself as a subject), this is me- here. take it. I already adjusted the manual settings for you. so don't touch that, just take it. I can always edit it later....I swear I really am a nice person...I just may get a little territorial when it comes to shooting...just a little.

it was a good day to be a mother...

okay, I will say, he is very good at capturing us in the moment...very good. and again, yes, we are always this loving.

summer nights. I am looking forward to a many, many of them...

I just remembered it has been some time since I have feasted my eyes on some of the most beautiful pictures of two of my adorable grandchildren, and low and behold, I have now found out that my daughter can finally be at the opposite end of a camera...way to go Jeff!!! Loved all the new pictures of everyone!! Mom
