one thing I am learning the more little ones that I am so honored enough to capture is that clapping is essential. sometimes even loud shrieks of joy that only an innocent, wide-eyed little one could appreciate are also necessary. combined with clapping. but of course....

even if the clapping isn't for my amazing skills and hilarious jokes, I can pretend.

my favorite of little Will from our mini-shoot.....I love his enthusiasm for the little things, such as landscape thrown up in the air for no apparent reason. and clapping.

can't get enough of this one either....so all boy and so adorable with those big joyful eyes without a hint of mischeviousness whatsoever...

look at this little man running already at just over a year old! only a mama could entice a face like that....







yes he is definitely a mama's boy....

hmmm.....

but of course he must give it a try....

did I mention clapping??

how I love the curiosity and simplicity little ones carry with them no matter where there are....

and now if someone could just pull me around in a wagon all day I might feel the need to do some clapping of my own, too.
